Controller and contact

The controller responsible for processing associated with this website is JB YSRA Consulting Group LLC, EIN 38-4303823, with its registered office at 30 North Gould Street, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can contact us at info@jbcodingiot.com or by phone and WhatsApp at +1 (307) 381-8075.

Data we process

We collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, company, role, country, message, project stage and the information in a Venture Partnership application. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email, language, source and confirmation status. If you book through Calendly, we receive the data and meeting details included in its notification.

We also record language, enquiry source, UTM parameters and the consent date. The IP address is used as a technical identifier to limit abusive submissions; Plausible is activated only after your choice and generates aggregated analytics in its current configuration without persistent cookies.

  • We do not intentionally request special categories of personal data; do not include them in free-text fields.
  • The specific fields depend on the form or channel you use.

Purpose and legal basis

We use data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and manage potential contractual relationships; deliver requested resources; assess Venture Partnership applications; manage bookings; send the newsletter after confirmation; obtain optional analytics; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing is based on your consent, pre-contractual or contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations or the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and operational.

Providers and international transfers

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use providers needed to operate the website: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and related services, Resend for email, Upstash for abuse prevention, Plausible for optional analytics and Calendly when you book a meeting.

These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required by applicable law, we use the relevant legal or contractual mechanisms, and you may request further information through our contact channels.

Retention and security

We do not apply one retention period to all data. We retain enquiries, applications and bookings for as long as needed to address them, manage a commercial relationship and comply with legal obligations; newsletter data until unsubscribe or no longer needed; and security identifiers during the operational windows of the limiter and provider.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege policies. No system is infallible, but we review access and restrict records to authorised functions.

Children

The website is intended for professionals and businesses and is not intentionally designed for anyone under 18. If we learn that we received a minor's data without valid authorisation, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Your rights

Where applicable law grants these rights, you may request confirmation of processing and access; correction or updating; erasure or anonymisation; restriction or blocking; objection; and portability. You may also withdraw consent without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. These rights may be subject to statutory conditions, exceptions and limitations.

To submit a request, email info@jbcodingiot.com or write to the registered office stated above. Include enough information for JB YSRA Consulting Group LLC to locate your data and understand the request. We may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where available, you may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection or consumer authority.
